First impressions count in business and people will make up their minds about you: who you are, how successful your business is and how capable you are, incredibly quickly. This 2 day interactive course will teach you how to control your own image, build rapport and communicate easily with everyone.

Overview
You will come away from this course confident in your ability to control the impact you make through a better understanding of both yourself and others. You will be able to communicate well and build rapport with ease. You will also learn how to use positive body language and dress well for every occasion. As a result you will grow in self-confidence and will present a better image of your company.

Course Outline

DAY 1
• The importance of first impressions
• Colour analysis and the psychological effects of colour
• The importance of grooming in terms of how others see us.
• How to understand and interpret your personal style
• How to achieve confidence and self belief
• How to use positive body language
• Understanding how we use our different senses in terms of how we communicate with others
• Understanding how people use their different senses to assess others

DAY 2
• How to understand your own personality compared to others
• How to understand the way we think compared to others
• How to understand the way we act compared to others
• How to communicate easily with everyone .
• How to understand what energises you (Extroversion or Introversion)
• How to understand the way you take in information (Sensing or Intuition)
• How to understand how you make your decisions (Thinking or Feeling)
• How to understand why you like to organise your life in a different way to others (Judging or Perceiving)
